As Deputy Bakery Manager at Zeit für Brot, you play a key role in shaping our bakery operations, motivating your team, and ensuring that every product meets our high-quality standards. YOUR MISSION

  • Supporting the management of the bakery, with a focus on optimizing workflows and motivating your team

  • Staff scheduling and onboarding of new employees

  • Active participation in bakery production

  • Ensuring our high product quality

  • Procurement and quality control of raw materials

  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and monitoring their implementation

  • Coordinating external service providers


YOUR PROFILE

  • Vocational training as a baker and several years of experience in a bakery

  • Ideally, training as a Master Baker / Master Pastry Chef

  • Passion for the baking craft and strong quality awareness

  • First experience in leading and motivating employees

  • Strong sense of order and cleanliness

  • Enjoyment of hands-on teamwork

  • Flexibility, motivation, and resilience

  • Independent and reliable working style
